Early access · onboarding first practices

Less paperwork.
A better-organised practice.

Patient records and practice management for healthcare teams: registration, visits, documentation, prescriptions, lab referrals, invoices and recorded payments in one shared record.

Early access: we are onboarding our first practices. Concept screens in the product preview are design work from an alpha implementation, not verified live features.

One shared record, six kinds of work

General practice is the foundation. Maternity and basic admissions are optional capabilities enabled per practice.

Patient records

One folder per patient

Registration, paper-folder identifiers, demographics, observations and documentation in a single shared record the whole team reads.

Team workflows

Daily clinic work, coordinated

Walk-in visits, clinical notes from concise templates or free text, prescriptions and external-lab referrals with results review.

Billing

Charges and recorded payments

Invoices, service packages, partial amounts and staff-confirmed cash or transfer entries. No payment gateway is involved.

Optional capabilities

Maternity and basic admissions

Pregnancy episodes, antenatal notes and a limited admissions register, enabled per practice where they apply.

Permissions

Roles that match the practice

Owner, administrator, doctor, nurse, midwife, receptionist and billing roles see and sign only what their role allows.

Roadmap

Further specialty modules

A stated direction rather than an available feature. We confirm scope with each practice before anything is switched on.

Connectivity resilience

Clinic work continues when the network does not

Records stay usable on an enrolled device during an outage and reconcile with the practice when the connection returns. Saved locally, accepted by the server and needing review are always shown as different states.

Supporting capability, not a substitute for clinic connectivity or backup policy.

  1. Saved on this deviceEncrypted and signed locally. Not yet sent.
  2. Received by a deviceHanded to another enrolled device nearby.
  3. Accepted by the practiceThe practice server issued a receipt.
  4. Needs reviewRejected and retained, never discarded.

A supported transition

We migrate your existing register with your team, train each role, and stay on hand through the first clinic weeks.
